CONDITIONS OF SALE

All goods shall remain the property of G. W. Fleming until paid in full. In the event of delay in payment G. W. Fleming shall be entitled to charge interest on the outstanding of 5% above the lending rate of the Clydesdale Bank PLC. Payment in full is due on or before delivery. The customer shall be responsible for the care and security of products delivered to site until paid in full. If paymnet has not been made within 30 days, G.W. Fleming shall have the right to uplift the building.
